Visualisation Techniques
Clearance and Protection
Remembering to “Open and Close”
Meditations

Meditation with a Bird of Prey

Tree of Emotion
Rainbow Mediation
Walking on the Beach
A Fish in the Ocean
Movie Theatre Meditation
Ego Meditation
The Voice Within
Waterfall of Light
River of Life
Crystal Meditation
Becoming a Seer
Other meditations may be added during the course at the request of those attending or by the instructor if it is felt necessary
Those attending the course must become members of the IPSC
If a lesson is missed you will still be expected to pay the weekly fee and in return you will receive the course paperwork and assistance in catching up
The cost of the course is £5 per week
This covers the cost of your full colour training manual
and most of the materials required
(Assistance with costs may be available for those on low income)
