The Independent - Peoples Spiritualist Church

Yvonne was ordained a Minister and conducted her first naming ceremony at the IPSC in early March 2007 not only is she able to perform naming ceremonies, she can also take marriage and funeral services. She is a valued member of the Church, as well as being a trustee she is also the Church Booking's Co-Ordinator (making sure there is always a medium to take the services each week and arranges any special events and outside functions). She is a qualified healer/counsellor and is an expert in the art of regression into past lives. Not only that but she is also the tutor for both the Meditation and Development classes run by the Church. She has recently started taking a new course toward gaining a degree in counselling. She is married and has 4 children. 

Marg is a widow, She had one daughter and 2 step children. She became our third minister in early 2008. She is a qualified Spiritual Healer, gives an excellent head massage to relieve stress and tension and is currently studying Reiki Healing. Besides being a trustee of the Church she is also the Premises and Facilities Co-Ordinator and is responsible for all aspects of the Churchs upkeep, from cleaning and maintenance to health & safty and insurances. She runs her own outside catering company and provides food for many of the events at the Church.

Joseph has been a practicing medium for many years and has travelled to many places including Turkey, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and America, and all over the British Isles. His work includes: giving Demonstrations of Mediumship, lecturing on all aspects of Spiritualism, performing "Soul Rescues" Channelling and Card Divination. He is a qualified Healer/Counsellor with  the "Healer Practitioner Association (International)" and trains new healers in the Church and of course conducts services as a Minister of the IPSC. He has recently started to take his work to other venues outside of the Churches in order to bring the proofs of life after death to a wider audience. He is a trustee of the IPSC and the overall Church Co-Ordinator - otherwise known as the Church Secretary. He is also the Spiritual Workers Association Regional Organiser for the West Pennines Area
